What is included?
Every membership includes four whipped soaps in your chosen available scents, delivered monthly. VAT and standard delivery to eligible addresses are included. Flexible Membership is £24.96 per box; 3-Box Membership is £22.96 per box with a minimum spend of £68.88; 6-Box Membership is £10 for your first box, then £19.96 per monthly box, with a minimum spend of £109.80. Optional extras cost more.
Can I choose the same scent more than once?
Yes. Your four soaps can be a mix of scents or multiples of a favourite, subject to availability.
Do I need to choose new scents for every box?
No. We'll keep your previous selection unless you change it. You can update the available scents for a future box in your subscription account before its payment is processed.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is taken at checkout. For 6-Box Membership, the first box is £10 and payments from your second box are £19.96. After that, payment is taken automatically once a calendar month on the renewal date shown in your subscription account. Your payment date is based on your subscription, rather than a shared date for all members. Bringing a box forward or postponing it can update that date.
Can I get my next box sooner?
Yes. Use Order now to pay for and bring forward your next subscription box. Your following renewal moves to one calendar month after that payment. Check the updated date in your account. Dispatch and delivery follow our usual delivery policy.
What if I still have plenty of whips?
You can postpone your next delivery or skip a box before payment. Check the updated payment date in your account. A skipped or unpaid box does not count towards a 3-Box or 6-Box Membership minimum, so the commitment can take longer to complete.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Flexible Membership has no minimum commitment beyond the first box. 3-Box Membership requires three paid boxes at £22.96 each (£68.88 minimum); 6-Box Membership requires six paid boxes: £10 for your first box, then five boxes at £19.96 (£109.80 minimum). Your first box counts. These are minimum paid deliveries, rather than a promise that the commitment will finish within three or six calendar months. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What happens after my third or sixth box?
Your membership continues monthly at its recurring box price: £22.96 for 3-Box Membership or £19.96 for 6-Box Membership, without another fixed commitment. You can then cancel future renewals in your subscription account before the next payment. If you want to stop at the end of your initial commitment, contact support@bloomcosmetics.co.uk beforehand so we can arrange it.
How do I cancel?
Flexible Membership can be cancelled before the next payment through your subscription account. For 3-Box and 6-Box Memberships, ordinary cancellation takes effect after the initial minimum number of paid boxes. You can give notice before then by contacting support@bloomcosmetics.co.uk, and we will confirm when future payments will stop. Once the minimum is complete, you can cancel in your subscription account before the next payment. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
What if my chosen scent is unavailable?
We'll contact you about choosing an alternative or adjusting the affected order. We won't replace your selected scent with a different one without your agreement.
When will my box arrive?
We prepare your box after successful payment. Our usual delivery policy applies; your payment date is not a guaranteed arrival date. Eligible delivery addresses are confirmed at checkout.
How do I manage my subscription?
Use the subscription management link in your subscription emails or open your subscription account. You can review your next payment and manage future boxes. If you need help, contact Bloom using the details on our website.
What if a payment has already been taken?
Changing or cancelling your subscription affects future renewals. If you need help with a box that has already been paid for, contact us promptly. We'll check its fulfilment status and explain your options, including any applicable cancellation and refund rights.
